Segments are the different levels that each account can be placed at. This is according to the total number of points you have earned.

For every €10 you wager on slots, or every €15 you wager at our live casino tables, you earn 1 point. Each time you surpass a specific number of points, you will level up and earn more rewards.

When you sign up, your account is automatically placed in the first segment, which is called VIP 1. You will then need to earn between 100 to 249 points for VIP 2, 250–999 points for VIP 3, 1,000–2,499 points for VIP 4, 2,500–9,999 points for VIP 5, 10,000–24,999 points for Bronze, 25,000–99,999 points for Silver, and a minimum of 100,000 points is required for Gold.

Within the segment system, the daily cashback amounts are 5% for VIP 1, 6% for VIP 2, 7% for VIP 3, 8% for VIP 4, and 10% for VIP 5, Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
